IF's heart is in the right place, but it suffers from a painfully underdeveloped and ever-so-slowly-moving plot that could have made for a sweet 30-minute short film, characters that were nearly as intangible as the IFs themselves, and an almost oppressively sweet and repetitive score (seriously, you will have diabetes by the film's end). IF won't entertain anyone over the age of 10, and it'll leave parents wondering WHEN will it end.
